Under the Apex Umbrella, our company and our customers are provided with contingent auto, general liability and excess coverage of up to $26MM. In addition, Apex provides itself and its customers with contingent cargo coverage of $250K per load as well as errors and omissions coverage of up to $6MM. We are one of the first 3PL providers in the U.S. to provide coverage of this kind for our clients.
